Kevin and Brooke from Warsaw recently had twins and wanted to make
sure their children were taken care should something happen to them. We
met with them and discussed their legal options for developing the
protection they were looking for.
We developed a will and
trust for them that spelled out who would take care of the boys, how
insurance would be paid out and certain payouts the children would
receive as they got older.
